Check to see if your dongle is plugged in.

ColorMetrix should install the HASP driver. Sometimes due to security settings you may need to install it manually as the superuser. Download the HASP_HL_driver_setup.zip from aladdin.com.

If you are running Windows NT USB dongles will not operate. Windows NT has no USB support. If you have a USB dongle and wish to operate ColorMetrix on a Windows NT machine, contact ColorMetrix.
