Raffel to Conduct Digital Print Process Control at IGI

The Institute for Graphics and Imaging (IGI) — an education and training organization funded by and dedicated to the printing and graphic arts industry — has announced a one-day training course on digital print process control.  The course will be held on October 8, 2009, and will be conducted by Jim Raffel, the CEO of ColorMetrix Technologies.  The course will be directed at general managers, prepress personnel, pressroom managers, or anyone responsible for ensuring that quality color is produced in the print shop, and will culminate with an actual press run on the IGI Kodak NexPress.  Cost is only $195 for this hands-on class and includes a $350 off a ProofPass.com subscription.  Course details and enrollment forms are available by CLICKING HERE.
